Mindshift Integral is spear-headed by Anne Caspari. She has been working with transformative processes of all kinds in Europe and beyond for over 15 years. Mindshift Integral was founded as a private enterprise in 2004, when Anne was living in Italy and working with personal development and sustainability projects in the integral theory key. In 2009 she moved to Switzerland and works in different constellations with like minded partners from different countries. In 2014 Anne joined forces with Johann Entz- von Zerssen, who is also a seasoned coach who works as faculty for the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Together, they are working to bring personal leadership training to the next level. In September 2015 they founded, together with Mushin Schilling, Entz von Zerssen, Caspari & Partner Coaching and Consulting (www.ezc.partners) as a Partnership. Mindshift Integral is one of their ‘interfaces’ to the coaching world.
Here are some more details about Anne’s background and her alliances:
‘My first love is all things nature – I spent my childhood feeling and sensing into animals and landscapes. Naturally for me, I studied Environmental Planning and Nature Conservation and have worked with ecosystems, landscapes and their intrinsic complex adaptive processes. I specialised in strategic master planning, urban and river rehabitliation projects. On a more personal plane, just after having moved to Italy – I run into some personal patterns that were annoyingly self-sabotaging. After one of these “oh shit”! moments where I saw all the patterns in front of me I went to study more about the inner landscapes and their unconscious patterns and processes.
Over this I got in touch with Integral Theory by Ken Wilber and I was thrilled – I was finally able to apply my work on interior phenomena such as beliefs, assumptions and integrity with my work with sustainabiltiy and different cultures and mindsets. This has showed a a massive vertical development, and a successful and rewarding combination. I now have more than 25 years of experience with working with complex adaptive systems combined with 15 years of intensive coaching and training in the field of change management and personal transformation. I have specialised in dealing with complex adaptive pushback and how to deal with it in personal coaching work and organizational development. This work closes the circle for me – before I was working with natural and man made systems to remove obstacles to self-organization and pattern integrity. Now do the same with people and organizations. I love to free up stuck engery and release artificial complexity to assist them toward greater impact, alignment, and power.
Some more facts: I have worked on sustainability and change projects throughout the EU and beyond (Syria, USA, South Africa). I have also thaught MBA/MSc Courses at different universities in the integral key (Corporate Sustainability, Business Ethics and Leadership; University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’; ‘European School of Economics’ London, Bonn ‘Alanus University for Art and Society’). I have designed, led and facilitated transformational workshops and trainings worldwide for private and corporate clients, NGOs and institutions (EU, GIZ, PLAN, LIFT, University of Oslo, NO; University of the Witwatersrand, SA). My specialties are transformative practices and I deliver frequent courses on deep personal change – Transformative Intensive. I am a seasoned and certified practitioner of Integral Theory and Theory U, and am certified in the TLC 360 tool, and the LDMA Decision Making Assessement (Lectica). I currently operate from Potsdam, Germany and Schmagerow, our place in the beautiful landscape of Vorpommern (www.schmagerow.com) working with private enterprises on conscious business and change management initiatives.

‘We believe humans are capable of great wisdom and understanding that far surpasses what we have already accomplished as a species. We believe that there is a new epochal shift underway that in its transitional stage feels like disparate upheaval, but when looked upon historically, will be seen as extraordinary as the confluence of wisdom events that has been called the axial age and gave rise to modern forms of reasoning and judgment. We believe that this new epoch will be realized through intentional design of liberating structures reasoned from a post-dialectic, onto-logicalview. We believe we have already at hand, the means to employ post-dialectic methods of inquiry and practice in ways that are relevant, meaningful and useful to today’s pressing issues and complex problems.’
